“The installation team, consisting of William and Eddie, arrived at 6:20 a.m., as promised. They worked straight thorough until 7:20 p.m. installing my new 5 ton Daikin A/C system. Both men were very professional, starting to work immediately upon arrival. They did not rush the job, instead being very careful to do everything properly and to the highest standard. They were very courteous and easy to talk to. They answered all my questions (I only bothered them a lot!) and, when asked, explained what they were doing and the purpose. They were very careful and neat, and cleaned up the work areas perfectly when they finished, hauling away all debris and trash. This is the fourth A/C system I've had installed in my homes, the first by ACS. My entire experience with ACS has been by far the best, easiest, least stressful and most satisfying of all. Both William and Eddie, and Kevin and Ryan, were all excellent and responsive, and all were professional and a pleasure to work with.
