- Before any work begins, ACS will always provide you a proposal of the work to be done and/or the associated costs for any repairs that maybe needed.
- We will always go over the proposal with you, explaining the services and charges. We want you to be completely comfortable with all assets of our service and any charges.
- At Air Conditioning Services, we are always working hard to better the way the HVAC industry does business from start to finish and that includes a 100% Client Satisfaction Promise. “If at any time during the first 60 days of installation you are not 100% satisfied with the performance of the equipment, we will (within 30 days of your request) remove the system and refund the entire amount of the contract.” Follow that with a Lifetime Guarantee on your unit’s workmanship and ductwork.
