“They came to do yearly service and check a few concerns we had. They diagnosed and ordered the part. Both of them were polite. I'd also like to mention a previous call where they were actually honest about the issue and didn't try to sell us a new system. Goettl lied to our faces to try to sell us a system at a severe up charge. Goettl literally sat there and tried to say it was illegal to fix our system like we were stupid. So if your reading this review and are concerned about them being honest, don't be.”
