“Our ACS Service Technician Dominick arrived on time, explained the service he would be providing. Carefully washed the air filters, reinserted all into electronic air filter. The filters were wet from washing, it was humid thus they were unable to dry in a timely fashion.
The dry electronic portion of the air filter could not be turned on or unit would be damaged. Dominick showed me how to pug it in, etc. and turn it on.
As I had requested maintenance service and we had a maintenance contract that covered a twice annual visit, he suggested a quarterly coverage contract. Of course we agreed to purchase the upgrade. We said our good-byes and Dominick left.
ACS had installed a new whole house HV/AC system several years ago. Never a problem with the unit. Professional service technicians. We are happy Southern Arizona residents.”
